UMAGE offers a 10-year warranty on all LED lamps purchased directly through UMAGE or through one of their retailers or distributors.
WHAT DOES THIS LIMITED WARRANTY COVER?
The 10-year warranty covers any defects in material or workmanship under normal use during the warranty period.
During the Warranty period, UMAGE will repair or replace, at no charge, the complete product that proves defective because of improper material, defects in the LED or canopy driver, under normal use and maintenance.
WHAT WILL UMAGE DO TO CORRECT THE PROBLEMS?
UMAGE will either repair or replace the LED lamp at no charge, with a new lamp or refurbish with replacement parts. It is not possible to get a money refund
HOW LONG DOES THE COVERAGE LAST?
The warranty period for LED lamps purchased from UMAGE is 10 years from the date of purchase.
A replacement of the LED lamp or part of the LED lamp assumes the remaining warranty of the original LED lamp or 10 years from the date of replacement or repair, whichever is longer.
WHAT DOES THE WARRANTY NOT COVER?
The 10-year warranty does not cover any problem that is caused by conditions, malfunctions or damage not resulting from defects in material or workmanship.
WHAT DO YOU HAVE TO DO?
If the LED lamp is purchased within EU: To obtain the warranty service, you must fill out the UMAGE claim form for UMAGE to determine the problem and the most appropriate solution for you. You can always contact UMAGE directly even if the LED lamp is purchased through a retailer. Using the claim form you will be asked to document the defect and attach your receipt.
If the LED lamp is purchased outside EU: To obtain the warranty service, you must contact the retailer, where you purchased your LED lamp for them to determine the problem and the most appropriate solution for you. When contacting the retailer you will be asked to document the defect and show your receipt.
