Student Assistant for Customer Service and Support to Sales Department

We are currently seeking a dynamic and motivated student assistant to join our team at UMAGE in providing customer service and support to our sales department. This is a fantastic opportunity for an enthusiastic individual looking to gain practical experience in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment. The position is 10 – 20 hours per week.

Responsibilities

  • Support the sales team with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and documentation.
  • Collaborate closely with sales representatives to ensure seamless communication and efficient resolution of issues.
  • Assist in maintaining customer databases and updating records as needed.
  • Provide timely and accurate information to customers regarding products, services, and orders.
  • Assist in handling customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints.

Requirements

  • Currently enrolled as a student at a university or college.
  • Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-centric approach.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, especially Excel, Outlook).
  • Previous experience in customer service or sales support is a plus but not required.
